In his Seeking Alpha article, Moore noted the partnership ValidSoft made recently with Adeptra (www.adeptra.com), and cited ValidSoft’s proprietary technology that adds security by correlating the proximity of a financial transaction with a user’s mobile device in real-time.

Moore noted that the technology is able to make this correlation between the mobile device and the ATM or point of sale (POS) within the 400 milliseconds it takes to process a transaction. It does not track customers and maintains complete customer location privacy, unlike GPS-based systems, Moore added.

Moore also pointed out that ValidSoft’s patented fraud management and customer communication solution will be offered to Adeptra’s clients. Adeptra is a global leader in offering these types of services, he said, whose clients include at least half of the top 10 North American and UK card issuers, as well as four of the top five in Australia.
